Our mission is to meet the needs of our clients for a quick and efficient approach and understanding of information. To achieve that we have gathered an excellent team of employees and invest constant efforts into developing and applying modern tools for media monitoring and analysis.
Our vision is to enable a one-stop access to information not only from Croatia but from the region, Europe and the whole world.
Media Intelligence Group
As early as in 1991 a group of young enthusiasts started searching for an answer on how to efficiently measure the effect of PR. On April 14th 1994 in Maribor, Slovenia, they found a company for media monitoring and media analysis – Press clipping.
That same year the company joined the international association of media monitoring agencies – FIBEP (Federation Internationale des Bureaux 'Extraits de Presse).
In 1999 we started our business in Croatia. Since then numerous clients have recognized our quality. Because of the need for a single ordering point for all countries in the region and wider offices were opened in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia. Through the Press clipping agency in Macedonia we can also provide media monitoring from Kosovo and Albania.
International association memberships
- FIBEP:
Press clipping is a member of the international association of media monitoring agencies - FIBEP (Federation Internationale des Bureaux d'Extraits de Presse). The association was established in 1953 in Paris. In time, from an association of family-run businesses it grew into a global association with around 90 member-companies from 40 world countries representing 80% of the world media monitoring industry. Through our FIBEP partner agencies we can organize media monitoring services in other countries. Every eighteen months the association organizes its conference where the delegates discuss the newest topics and industry news and share experience. Press clipping was honored to organize the anniversary, 40th FIBEP conference, which took place in Dubrovnik in May 2005.
- AMEC:
Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication was established in 1996 in London. Association’s primary objective is to define and develop the profession according to better professional standards thus enabling profession’s growth, development and recognizability.
To us, as an associated member, AMEC serves as a forum for sharing experience and obtaining information, knowledge and know-how on all questions pertaining to the planning, research and evaluation of the media coverage and communication. Through such kind of cooperation we enrich our experience, follow trends, all for the purpose of achieving the highest possible degree of objectivity and non-partiality for the benefit of our clients.
Social responsibility
- Environment protection:
In all our activities we try to take a constant care of our environment. We believe that each small thing counts: making our employees aware of the importance of environment protection is a start for spreading positive habits. As they share their beliefs with their families and friends, the circle becomes larger and larger encompassing more and more people.
- We act by doing small steps:
• recycling (we make sure that we do not unnecessarily print mails and documents; we give old papers and newspapers to those who collect and then sell old paper for recycling)
• recycling of old office equipment

- We help local community:
Through the past years we have supported various organizations and projects helping those in need. We take part in many projects that are important for the development of the local community and society in general.
